Welcome back!
You would think there would be someone in charge who could reincarnate your former persona.

Re: Bismarck 1/100
Hello Jim, it’s wonderful to receive your praise and your support. Yes, I’ve been working on this project for many years—perhaps longer than I should have—but everything has its own proper time. I’ve never stopped; in fact, I ended up redoing some parts after consulting Stefan Draminsky’s book, which features new, up-to-date, and more precise drawings—though, in a few minor instances, they differ slightly from the original. In my view, the best approach—incorporating both Hans Gally’s plans and the ones I developed myself—is to create a compilation of various sources. I’m happy to report that the model is at a stage where countless parts have already been painted and set aside; I strive to make every single component as faithful to the original as possible. I haven’t retired yet, so I could certainly dedicate more time to the model if I had that freedom, but the important thing is to keep moving forward. With the support of people like you, the work feels much lighter. Thank you so much—more updates coming soon! Best regards.
