Post by Taeus the Builder »

Hello, I'm currently finishing rough work on a 1:100 scale Prinz Eugen and am looking for accessories like railings, radar arrays, etc, but don't have a clue who to look for, Any help out there?

Hi ,

there are two german companies which supply items at 1/100 :

the 1st one :

http://www.harhaus.de/

Harhaus supplies items for the KM ships ( turrets , guns , boats ) , you may ask for a catalogue . They also supply plans for WW1 & WW2 german ships & fiberglass hulls at 1/100

the 2nd one

http://www.hassemodell.de/

this one supplies very well done PE sets ( stanchions , ladders , etc ... ) & very fine white metal parts, they also have a catalogue you have to order through the post , no catalogue online ...

a sample of Hasse production at scale 1/100 :

and with that material , you can do this :

I would also mention MZ-Modellbau, who has mainly WWI parts, but also WWII models.

http://www.mz-modellbau.net

There you get excellent p/e parts and gun-kits.
