CA drops on a file

Does anyone know a method how to remove a drop of CA glue from a file?

Happened to my favourite file yesterday ;o(

Hello!

I heard Easy-Off will remove CA glue. Some people uses it to remove paint and PE parts from models to rebuild them. If it works on plastic I don't see why it wouldn't work on a file.

Just use a knife with a sharp point and scrape it off, line by line.

Try the burning it off with a torch lighter. Be careful not to remove the temper by getting it too hot and glowing red - you could also use aligator clips or pliers as heatsinks to draw some of the heat away while it's under the flame.

Alternatively put Acetone on it ( nail polish remover) I use it to seperate human parts in the surgery.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER IF YOU DO THIS, IS TO DO IT OUTSIDE AND WEAR A MASK, IT GIVES OFF CYANIDE FUMES,
