Looks pretty good. Check photos and make sure she didn't have fully enclosed bow tubs at the time and double check the deck fittings colors. Her breakwater was as often as not deck blue on the forward face. The rest of her deck fittings, including hatch coamings, bitts and chocks, were usually haze grey with deck blue tops. Her main deck railings are real fun, haze grey stanchions on three sides with at times the inner side deck blue (told ya they were real fun).gtb -red wrote:Any BB masters have pointers on doing this nice wagon. You're welcome! I only know all that because I have all the photos NARA and NHC have of her during the war....at very hi-res. I wouldn't worry about the weird stanchion paintjob, it appears to come and go at somebody's whim and idle hands availability.....it would also be a major PITA in 1/350....gtb -red wrote:Man what have I gotten myself intoThanks
