I remember so well the pics of little Caroline smacking the champagne bottle against the new bows of CV 67 while lovely Jackie had her hands to her face in surprise......gawd they are almost all gone now.....such memories.... I feel old today.... RDB

just saw this post! sad to see her go....She still carries her Belnap pole! My brother-in -law was a plank owner and made the trip from Mayport to Boston for her decommisioning...There was only 8 plank owners that made the trip... Me I got a decommisioning hat! ha!
