USS Monitor Length

hey guys,

i keep finding different lengths of the USS Monitor so i cant figure out what scale my hull is....

The hull is 28 inches long.


can anyone figure out what scale it would be then? or at least what the official length is?

Hey Kenny,

The orginal drawings from the Archives list the ship as 174'6" length overall, this would make your model approx. 1/75th scale.

Thanks Don! thats an odd scale... now i'm gonna have to get some plans and size them up!
