Drawings for N3 Battleships

As everybody knows, the sketch design for N3 was drawn up in November 1921 to be used at the conference which ended in early Febuary of the next year. JUst about three months. In the circumstances there would be NO need to produce the next step in producing plans from the DNCs dept until/if The conference allowed; whicit it did not.
Had N3 gone forward, then DNC would have produced in very short order a CONTRACT set of general arrangement plans. These would be accurate but NOT detailed. CONTRACT plans should NOT be confused with general arrangement "as fitted" plans.
