Vice-Admiral Sir Arthur Hezlet (HMS Trenchant) passes away

Post by Anthony P »

Hi,
I believe this news item belongs in the History section of the History and Technology board.

Admiral Hezlet was the commanding officer of HMS Trenchant when it sank the Ashigara in 1945, and had a very interesting career.
His obituary has just been published in Britain's "The Daily Telegraph" newspaper.

I trust this article may be of interest to fellow board members. We should not forget.
