Post by staffyu »

Hallo all
This is my akagi modified from Pitroad resin kit and updated with Lionroar PE set,
Its a hard word to build the Akagi 1941 that i think 3 or 4 months is needed to finish the work. Its my first topic in this forum hope u ll like it  :lol_3:

I do like it. The panels and portholes on the hull, plus that great Lion Roar set give this model a great feeling of scale. Keep on posting :thumbs_up_1:

Very impressive!
I am not much for carriers, but all these bracings and supports and platforms... excellent!

Yesssss! This Lion Roar Stuff is realy very impressing! I couldnt find any Drop of Glue so you made a clean Job there too.
The Hull and the Flightdeck Pattern looks very nice. Good Luck with the Paintwork! When you do it in the same clean Style it gonna be a very fine Model!
Best Wishes! :thumbs_up_1: :wave_1:

Wow, I thought your Soryu was good - this one is even better. Love that busy look under the after part of the flight deck. Great work!! Welcome to Modelwarships - hope to see much more of your work here.

:thumbs_up_1: :thumbs_up_1: :thumbs_up_1: Congrats on a fantastic effort so far. Inspirational pictures there. Thanks for sharing, and I look forward to more. I like the way you're building up the IJN fast carrier strike force.... wonder if there'll ever be an opportunity to stage a "ModelWarships members display" at a major show :cool_2:
