HMS Broke "Shakespeare" class

Post by Avery Boyer »

I'm looking for plans for a Shakespeare class destroyer as I want to build HMS Broke. I have heard that the book "V and W class destroyers 1917-1945" covers this class and includes plans. Is this true? Thanks in advance.

If you mean the book by Antony Preston, yes, there is a drawing to approximately 1:600 scale of Broke as built. I am using it (re-scaled and with suitable modifications) as a basis for a 1:700 scale scratchbuild of Wallace after conversion to AA escort. There is also data on the dimensions.
