Big little problem

Post by aleccap »

:shipcaptain: I have more or less finished my 1-400 Charles De Gaulle aircraft carrier by Heller and although I cannot display my photo's because my file is too large, even if I try to download a single photo I get file to large, anyway, I am bored with fantastic hellicopters, great looking Rafale jets, and my attention is now drawn to 1-350 vehicles, De Gaulle comes with 6, and for some strange reason I have brought 8 Abe's tanks, where and where from can I buy other vehicles at this size :mad_2: The De Gaulle has fantastic aircraft, the decal sheet the largest and biggest I have ever seen, the model goes together quite easily and there is never a problem with getting anything to stick to it (glue/paint) but I also know from research this ship is used to covoy trucks, tanks, armoured personnel carriers etc etc, so where can I buy them from. :lol_3:

Hi aleccap

The largest photo you can upload here is 800 pix wide. This may be the biggest factor. If you have any programs that can change the size of the photos, you'll want to use that. I use Photoshop and Corel PhotoPaint, but another useful tool is image resizer. It is a Microsoft product for XP. I use it often as it is quick. Right click on the image in a file view and the image resizer power tool is right there.

Here's the link on where you can get it:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/Down ... rtoys.mspx

You can find it, along with other power tools along the right side of the page a little bit better than half way down.

Looking forward to seeing your photos, I love aircraft carriers.
