Mold Release
Where I live it is very difficult to get mold release, and shipping is Killer/not possible from other places, so I was wondering if there were alternatives to commercial Mold Release say perhaps WD-40 or something like it? Basicly I'm wondering If WD-40 would work as a mold release.

This is not the end, nor is it the beginning of the end, but perhaps it is, the end of the beginning.

Re: Mold Release
WD 40 is a No-No
A release on a silicon rubber mold for casting whitemetal parts? resin ? more clues please
If there is a department store or an auto store near by try them!
silicon sprays for wheels tyres ie auto detailing might do the trick.

Re: Mold Release
Most resin parts don't really need a mold release anyway.nboyd383 wrote:Its for rubber mold to resin cast, and thank-you I have PAM here
