of the flight deck . This photo shows that not all are the same, which
complicates construction.Also to reduce having to return to the same part
of the build fittings willbe added were necessary .
As each barrier is to be soldered then covered in mesh I thought it would be
beneficial to make all those rails that are the same size and shape in two hits
on the soldering board . The basic frame is made up from .45 brass wire
First I marked out 6 of the barriers .

Next a bending profile is made from styrene .


Each basic frame is laid out on the drawing and the centre horizontal rail
added. At this stage the depth of the verticals is not important , this can cut later.

Preparation for soldering .The middle rail of .31 is added but in one length .
This will be trimmed later . The lower rail is added later
