I am not going to post any new stuff, Helena can wait till im feeling well in myself, like I have said, this year has been a loss.

Thanks guys, If I try to build anything at the moment I would be wasting my time and yours, I am going on another site to post up some of the stuff I have done here before, just to see what they think of my idea,s.

Same here Admiral. At least things can start but I'm debating the idea of doing it right now. This year is cursed.ARH wrote:............this year has been a loss.![]()
Hope 2009 is better for both of us.

ARH,
Take the time off and re-energize. You have provided a great deal of inspiration and knowledge on this board. Enjoy yourself for a while with no building pressure.
Please do pop in now and again as I enjoy your comments on the builds and it does encourage me to carry on.
Thanks,

Re: Scratchbuilding USCGC DUANE 1943
Take your time! I'm in kind of a same situation. I just cancelled some projects to get a better view of whatever is going to advance first. Being stuck for over half a month doing practically nothing but thinking about what to do next...
If there is no Helena project coming up, I'm sure there will be another one to catch your eye sooner or later. I'll be waiting to see what it is and will be here (hopefully) to see it appear on the board and catch some shape!
Good luck with your recovery and may 2009 bring you more energy!
Regards
Roel

I was looking forward to your posts, the hull is looking great,
My lack of work is down to health problems due to catching things easily in a weaken condition, also with not doing any modelling I have losted my appitight for building, it may come back when things warm up a little.
Simple but effective.
