Hello guys,

once again, working for the better for the community...
I'm currently drawing decals for the CVW-14 "Black Tails" 1990, Operation Desert Shield aboard USS Independence for 1:540 and 1/700 scales and 1996 aboard USS Carl Vinson for 1/350 and 1/700 scales.
Although I have sufficient material to work from for 1996 cruise, I'm missing good photographs for the 1990 cruise of CAGs for HS-8 Seaking and VS-37 Viking. I'm also missing good photographs of lovis A/C for the same year for VF-21, VF-154, HS-8, VS-37....and a VS-35 1996 lovis Viking ....

Looking for help from you guys ! :wave_1:

I don t know which exact timeframe A6EIntruder would like the CVW-5 to be in. Pitroad has already a set for an early to mid 90s CVW-5. Perhaps my link will help him find exactly what he seeks. :wave_1:

Yeah mid 1990's (Before VA-115 left) I served from 1993 to 1995, so that timeframe would be ideal :thumbs_up_1: :wave_1:

Jason, the pitroad is for 1/700 and Kitty Hawk 1998 - onwards, VA-115 was redesignated VFA-115 in 1996.

Nah, I'm not looking for anything in the immediate future. Down the road I'd like to have decals made for CVW-5 in the 1993 to 1995 years. there's no rush. I need to get all the images gathered ahead of time and sent to you. Kidcurrie sent me a great link, and I have a couple of other links to find too. :thumbs_up_1: :wave_1:
