Much appreciated friends!! i'm real glad to know i'm doing a pretty decent job and best of all i've enjoyed building her. I could say i've enjoyed building this lady more than any other of my late models.. as soon as i finish with the searchlight's platform i'll get right to the boats and davits among other significant details. BTW, i ordered the display case today however i'm still deciding if i should add water or not  i want to check on something i'll let you guys know later on..

haven't done a thing yet, however the thought of making it darker did go through my mind once. i'll probably leave it as it is why not.. ..thanks again Anthony

i won't lie to you guys i didn't do a thing over this weekend and Thanksgiving holiday. i was to lazy to do a thing on the holiday and waaay to tired to do a thing over the weekend.. i'll make it up to you and the ship on tuesday, i've got nothing to do until 5:00 PM by then i should have a couple of things finished.

regards

I was depressed last night, so I rang lifeline. Got a call centre in
Afghanistan and told them I was suicidal.

They got all excited and asked if I could drive a truck.

i wonder what did i do with that wand :heh: funny thing is my brother does look like Harry Potter's long lost cousin :lol_spit_1:

i placed the hull on the water about an hour ago i'm amazed by the way the foam's water looks, it's a nasty thing to work with but at the end the results speak for themselves. i had some green gel medium from before and used to fill the gaps and even though the Pacific ocean has always looked greener to me more than any other ocean it won't stay like that.

good question that one  now that i placed the hull on a more stable surface i'll head on to finish whatever is left amidship, then add some signal flags to the yardarms... whatelse, boarding ladders still to be placed, jackstaffs and for last the rigging. i should be home from work at 4:00 tomorrow i'm sure i'll have sometime to finish at least half of these things. thanks for asking though it made me think exactly what i needed to do.

she is not quite finished yet Guido but is getting there, i thank you again for the water!

I forgot to mention the boats Gilbert :doh_1:  i couldn't finish them today though, the smallest brush i got would've made a mess out of the whole bunch. i better drop by a craft store and buy me a decent brush before jeopardizing the entire work i've done so far.
