Nice work on the boats so far but you will need a very thin handbrush for the details

Had some time to spare and finished some leftovers on the pagoda and fixed a messed up job too , im sure its ready now to be placed.

very nice jose,a question for you,i am not an expert on japanese ships so the white areas on the pagada are canvas wind breaks,or what are they

Thanks Russ!! those are canvas alright i remember seeing a shot of Mutsu which had those canvas on, on those 2 particular levels and i loved the way it looked. i don't remember on which page is it now but you can always go through some of the pages you should find it.

hi jose ,i know how you feel,i find that even if the paint has the same name from differant manufactures,it does not mean the shade will be the same,so now i try to make sure i have enough before i start.anouter thing i learned is to write down the colors used on differant ships.i had to do some touch up on the kgv because of some damage to the hull,it took forever to find the color i used
