Hello to all,
I recently finished a 1:100 scale scratch built Wilhelm Gustloff model based solely on photographs. This model is the practice run before I begin a better and larger version once I obtain the deck plans and other photos. I have the images posted on my museum site located at www.cunard-whitestarline.net. Her lifeboats were by far the most difficult and the only thing that came out mis-matched was her lifeboat number.

Re: 1:100 Wilhelm Gustloff Model
Thanks for the links - it was Peter's model that helped me find this website, and I am sure the information will be of use when I build the larger Wilhelm Gustloff model planned for sometime next year. Luckily, I live on the Chesapeake Bay above Virginia Beach, which provides a great backdrop for model ship photography.
