Royal navy Country class destroyer

Hi all
I am new to this forum so hope this is in the right place.
Can someone please help, I need some good pics/drawings of the Country Class destroyers from the royal navy. I have a 1/144 wooden scratchbuilt rc model which i inherited and has seen better days. HMS Glamorgan currently in drydock on the bench.
I want to get the refit underway so any help would be great.
I am also stratch building the Bismarck in 1/144 which will be rc. Will post pics on that at some stage soon.
