Having Trouble Tracking one of these down help appreciated

Hi guys another post by yours truely, I would like to know if anyone has this book? Has seen one? or knows where I can get one from.

I've tried ebay, abebooks and amazon UK & USA all dont list the book at all:-

Yep they came through I had to order one from Amazon Japan!!!
