I find this difficult to understand that this work of art is actually a wood base structure and not the usual resin/plastic material we are use to working with, to escape from plastic to wood :censored_2: how is this done ? Each time photo's are added I simply forget this is WOOD !
Wow only as a thought, can you imagine if he built a dreadnought, something like the Ting Yule :whistle:

I think Alec means "Ting Yuen", the imperial Chinese PRE-dreadnought.

That is stunning work. Now I feel bad for complaining about the issues I've had scratchbuilding with styrene at a proper modeling desk!
