Spektrum Dx7 -MR300 RX

Not quite sure where to put this question,i am on my first build using Spektrum Radio gear got the Dx7 Tx and a MR300 Rx my problem is i cannot get them to bind,using Action electronic gear the power lead from the distribution board is supposed to go into the BAT port on the Rx but so is the bind plug always been able to bind planes with this radio gear but this one as got me confused,any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Uncle Albert Sorry I can't help on this one as I'm still rather behind the times and attached to my Robbie/Futaba F14 but there are quite a number of guys using the Spektrum gear over on www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk they may well have the answer to your problem. best of luck .

Will that lead fit into one of the servo ports?
