as far as i can rember its about a court marital. the adrimal called the bandmaster a bugger or something because he didnt like the music played at a dance. the whole affair went out of control and the admiralty had to step in. its not a bad book but its a few years since i read itVENTIS SECUNDIS {hoods motto with favouring winds}
