I'm still awaiting some responses form Japan on the bulkhead question but, my initial contact thinks that it is entirely possible that the original bulkheads were reduced or removed in late war to minimize the impact of a catstrophic torpedo explosion, given wartime incidents. A possibility that had not ocurred to me.

Are u ready for the inspection Chuck? i didn't only fix that one turret but went over all of 4 and fixed them all up, took me sometime though i've been working on these since yesterday afternoon. The blast canvas were airbrushed with ModelMaster's "Sand" color i want to mention this is my first time airbrushing the blast bags and just look what a little bit of patient does..

Agreed.

I've posted a likely answer to the open bulkhead question posed by part C40 on the CASF Tone class thread, p8. See viewtopic.php?f=48&t=35028&p=436143#p436143

Awww thats a secret  this got to be the best super glue i've used until now, it bonds quick and doesn't leave a messy residue like others http://www.walmart.com/ip/Gorilla-Glue- ... s/15085338

tell me about it!! i have to make up all the time ive lost somehow.

thanks Kevin!

I got around to finish the paint job on a few things, unfortunately while i was moving stuff around the table i knocked the airbrush down and fell to the floor, the plastic bottle neck that connects into the airbrush broke in half :Mad_6: anyhow took a pill and tried to chill but it sucked because i was going full throttle with the build up and now i can't do much..
