I must say, your work gets better and better ! Particularly liked the small guns.
BTW, I have accumulated quite a bit of 'original' material on French naval artillery (someone cleaned out the library of one artillery establishments and put it up on ebay ...), so just drop a line, if you need additional information.

Finally the deck ist finished. After lot of sanding and sealing with epoxy it is now smooth like a baby's ass. The skylights are also finished. The roofs were etched and the housings made of sheet styrene.

At last I could glue all the parts I made before (bridges, barbettes, skylights, funnels and vents) to the hull and use the maybe last weekend of fine weather this year to bring her to the water.

She looks quite impressive there. But unfortunately the pictures have to be her just floating, as one of couplings came loose so the bb screw was not turning. But on the other side my new 2,4 Ghz radio control was working very fine and I discovered how relaxing live is without changing crystals.
As the ship is quite heavy I really need to build a good strong case for her WITH WHEELS for the next season. It definitly takes the fun away if you have to carry her to the lake in your arms.
@ wefalck: Nice to see you in this forum. And thanks for your offer. That would be nice. Also the guns are all finished I have a Fuse here that needs a gun too (and I don't have such a good documentation on her big gun).
