I had it delivered express from Hobbysearch (1999) a couple of days ago. No barrels, or figures.
Hello Denstore, Fujimi's latest re-release of 1/350 models(IJN Ise) in a deluxe version(complete set of PE parts, barrels and 1/350 figures) is a limited release.
We received some complains that some kits have missing barrels or figures, but I can assure you that all the deluxes 1/350 come with PE parts, barrels and 1/350 figures.
The reson as to why some deluxe versions have missing barrels or figures is responsible the online vendor of wich you purchase the Fujimi product, and the reason for that is the high demand for spare brass barrels and 1/350 figures that leads some online vendors to sold those part separately.
You should contact the online vendor of wich you purchase the Fujimi product, immediately.

Any chance we'll see the all gun version in 1/350?
Recent news, is that we might see a 1/700 version of IJN Hyuga 1942(with optional parts to replace number 5# turret with AA guns after the accidental explosion), in February, as of a 1/350 version, no news on that so far.

I bought it from Hobbysearch, and I've mailed them about it.
I hope you are right, and they will replace them. If not, it is bordering on theft.

An interesting find, this is supposed to be the builders model of IJN Ise class battleship from the 1910's:

Somethig I wanted to add, after the 1943, is almost impossible to distinguish IJN Ise from IJN Hyuga, cause the aft main mast of IJN Hyuga was changed to the IJN Ise style.
So after 1943, the chaos...

And about the Hasegawa kits of IJN Ise and IJN Hyuga in the Hybrid aircraft carriers mode,
they got the training aiming device on their turrets, something that is wrong, cause pictures(during trials for example in 1943) after the conversion show clear that the training aiming device on the remaing 4 turrets where removed.
Fujimi got this right.

And what best companion for our Fujimi's IJN Ise in 1/700, the new Fine Molds Nano-Dread Series in 1/700:
The best 12,7 cm AA guns at the moment in the market !

I believe it is the stack for the donkey boiler. Warship needs heat and power even in port, when that can not be provided by shore connections, the ship needs to burn fuel to provide the services herself. In 1945, some remaining large Japanese warships received coal burning donkey boilers to provide these services so as to conserve fuel oil.

I believe the galley stack is the mushroom headed tube just ahead of the main stack.

That make sence, with all the chaos in the harbour from American bombs, power supply from the harbor would be impossible.

To follow up on this.
Mailed Hobbysearch about it, and they asked me to mail Fujimi. Did so, and no answer. Must say that I feel quite cheated, and the whole thing left a bit of bitter taste.....

Fujimi's limited re-release of IJN Ise in 1/350 includes brass barrels and figures. As I said earlier, those two items are offten cannibalised by stores so they can sell them separately cause of the high demand for those two items(brass barrles and 1/350 figures) and for the limited release they had by Fujimi.
I belive the one to blame for this, is the online vendor you purchase your item.

Since I have contacted both, I would say that they are both to blame. Hobbysearchs response was to cantact Fujimi, and since Fujimi hasn't answered, I have no real reason to turn to Hobbysearch again.

Yeah sadly Fujimi and lots of big Japanese manufactures dosent answer to e-mails.
Still, I can assure you that the kit has brass barrels and figures besides the PE set. The limited run re-release of course.
