Welcome Wilson! Is this from a kit, or did you build it from scratch?

How was the kit? I've not had a chance to build up an Aoshima kit since I started modeling again. Your Hiryu looks fantastic. The weathering is simply fantastic. Not over the top, but definitely enough to make it look like a real warship that hasn't seen the yard in while.

That is the best looking Kaga I've seen. I assume it is the Fujimi kit? Might want to edit the thread title though.....

Impressive detail. I don't think I've seen aircraft aerials done in 1/700 before!

Im no expert on carriers as a mater of fact I wouldnt mind which carrier it is,enjoy seeing them all, I do though know an exceptional talent for modelling when I see one,this has to be one of the best builds I have seen.
Unquestionably brilliant in every respect,am totally in awe if it is 1/700 scale ? Amazing!! :wave_1: :thumbs_up_1:
