Still, I can assure you that the kit has brass barrels and figures besides the PE set. The limited run re-release of course.
Even if the rest of the world isn't interesting to Fujimi, I feel that they are almost as much to blame as HobbySearch in this case.
If they don't think it is worth it to answer, it feels like they don't mind that their retailers cheats their customers out of the extras that Fujimi put in their Deluxe sets.
I will not buy any more of their deluxe kits, that's for sure.

Sadly this is the policy of Japanese manufactures, not only Fujimi's. They dont sell/replace/deliver/etc parts outside of Japan.

Policy or not, it is irresponsible to ignore the fact that their retailers rip of their customers, with the excuse that the customer should contact them (Fujimi), knowing that Fujimi won't follow up on claims origining outside of Japan.

Is that some "what if" or a alternative to the conversion that was made?
Looks very nice, though.

Yes, is an alternative study(Was) before the semi battleship scheme was choosen. Now that you mention we can say that the IJN Ise class battleships(after the conversion of course) where maybe the first amphibious assault ships.

I have the Fujimi Ise 1/350 kit and I'm having trouble locating a PE set for it. Anyone know where to get them? Most places show them out of stock or discontinued.

Check also some difference/additions from a 1943 and a 1944/1945 IJN Ise and IJN Hyuga(Both have been converted to Hybrid Aircraft Carriers/Battleships in 1943):

There is a high chance that the clear high definition pictures we have from both IJN Ise and IJN Hyuga during trials after the conversion in 1943(the right cropped pictures in my post) are not yet finnished and some changed were made in the bridge even in 1943 before they rejoined the Imperial Japanese Fleet.

Last, a strange object on both IJN Ise and IJN Hyuga, the purpose unknown(some kind of training device ?), but it seems it remains on the deck till the end:.
