weathering

Post by BillDickson »

Hi All

Are there any tutorials or publications out there for weathering and which materials are recommended.

I have learned how to weather aircraft and tanks through Florymodels web site. I would think ships require a different approach due to the small scale. I build in 1/350.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jeroen has posted his technique in his 1/350 destroyer build - it seems fairly straight-forward with excellent results: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=101062&start=20

If you're looking for examples of real weathering and what should be weathered in what ways, then this thread should be useful:
