Hi, i've got 2 questions about this sets. First: you making double Oerlikons or single? On real carriers in the main was mounted double Oerlikons. And second: you planning some upgrades for this carriers airwing? Thank you

These sets are for 1944 and double Oelikon is after 1945. So at this time Double Oelikon not included.
But 60 sets of Single Oelikon (PE, Brass Barrels, Brass Pedestals) will be included.

For the Aircrafts, Propellars and some Diver brakes and ETC. will be included as PE parts.

Thank you

That's nice. And more questions: for how many aircrafts you'll include PE parts? And wooden deck will be included? Thanks.

Not determined yet the exact quantities of PE of each Aircraft.
Included Aircraft Decal shows over 50aircrafts or more all told 4 aircrafts.
But we will try to input as many as possible surely quite more over 16Aircrafts basic kit included.

Blue stained wooden deck is included with Freight landing line with Dry Transfer.
Same color and stained product as our CVL-22 Independence and Hasegawa CVE-73 Blue Deck.
This Blue deck surely already be the world standard blue stained deck product.

Thank you
Kim

Hello there, I think all you Carrier fans are going to be pleased with this set! It is looking incredible I thought the Dreadnought set was the business, but this set is going even further.

Pontosmodel, you are brilliant!!

Kind regards, Ray

I can't believe I'm actually going to have to build a 1/350 carrier. Are different flight deck numbers included? I'm trying to build Wasp or Intrepid.

Thank you Ray.
If we plan these projects once more we can be bankrupt...
Just did this project for Carrier Fans who have only kept these kits for 10 years without working.
But the result is much more than we planed so you can just start your Essex class carriers.

I think you may wish this masking sheet. Will be included in CV-10 Yorktown 1944 set.
Image

And will include Dry transfer for the ship names and numbers of 24inch height.

And you should get CV-10 Yorktown 1944 kit as based for Intrepid or Wasp.

The formal releasing date is 15th June.

Thank you
Kim

Some days ago I sent price list to BNA Model. So you can get these at there.
Or www.hobbydecal.com will list these sets.

During the finalizing this project, we would set 240.00USD or much.
But we finally announce Retail price as 200.00USD.

While some modellers may see $200 as a lot of money, consider that the Hasegawa Akagi, without PE/accessories, runs for some $250. The Trumpeter Essexes can be had for as little as $70, depending on where you shop. So for a little more than the Akagi OOB, you can have an Essex that would blow most museum models out of the water.

Hi Timmy,

Is still a lot of money, but for my hobby i give my self some space...and i don't build much models :heh:

But indeed it is less than a fully equiped Akagi :thumbs_up_1:
