Are you talking about the South African Navy's Valour classfrigates?
For pictures, Google "Valour class", "MEKO A-200SAN" and various combinations of those.
To build an accurate model, you'll need plans/drawings of the ship. Since the class is so new, I doubt it will be easy to find official drawings for them. Some cruder drawings are probably available on the internet if you google for them. To see how you use plans and drawings to build a model, check out the different threads in the Completed Models (Fully Documented) section.

Hi,
try to contact the modelist that built SAS ISANDLWANA (F146), a Valour Class Frigate of the South African Navy at 1/700 scale:

Other scratch built models from the same author available at:

Hope this helps.

Hello Diederick,
as far as I know Orb, the maker of that site, is active on this board. I think he has shown this frigate, along with others in the "picture post" section under the topic "Post Cold war Navy" Or something like that.
I however doubt if you'll find good plans. For a 1/700, certainly full hull, model you don't really need good plans to make it a success. In larger scales that's a problem... There is however always a possibility that such plans do exist.
