It's a wonderful book and I'd highly recommend it. The quality of the images is superb, much better than previously published photographs or the jpegs you can buy from the archives. The book also contains more images than were available online at scotlandsimages.com (which, unfortunately, is no longer online...).
If only I had this book earlier during my build!

Really a recommendation! Lots of very good photos, partially documenting the builds. Certainly a nice to have.

An excellent book with great clear photos, many of the ships under construction. Covers Inflexible, Australia, Tiger, Repulse and Hood, with a short chapter on the planned G3 battlecruisers. Unfortunately no ship of the Lion class is included, being built at Devonport, Palmers and Vickers.
