May I ask what's the colors for the auxilary boats and launches of the Japanese Navy in the WWII, I saw some pictures with white, wood and greys in the out side.

That sounds correct, boat hull IJN gray (same as ship) with no special bottom paint. Insides, white with natural wood thwarts ("benches")and bottom. A good reference is IJN modeling sites:
