Hi All,
I'm thinking of going to the Dortmund model show with a couple of friends and I just wanted to know if any of you have been and what you think of it? If you have been would you say you need a couple of days there and what would you say would be the best way to get there from the uk?

Re: Dortmund model show
Hi,
I was 2011 in Dortmund, I think 1 day will be enough for it ... means if you are early in the morning there when it opens. But this depends how much you are intrested in all the shown areas of modelling shown, because everything is shown there. But don't forget your camera at home as I fool did ...

The advantage of wisdom is that you can play dumb; conversely, it is more difficult.

Re: Dortmund model show
Hi,
I've visited this show several times and its well worth it. I used to go for 2 days, flying out of Luton in the evening straight to my hotel. The Hotel Dreese is 5 mins walk from the exhibition and very comfy with bar restaurant two days to look round and then fly back on the evening of the second day. Good walking footwear a must. If your into football the hotel can get you tickets for Borussia Dortmund games as the ground is next to the exhibition centre
Enjoy
