Help looking for a set of plan

Post by Scaleship »

Hello battleship friends, I am new in this forum and like to introduce myself. I'm from Canada and into the r.c world for 22 years; mostly airplanes, tugboats and micro electric warbirds. My main huge interest is large scale helicopters, but lately have gotten an interest for battleships -- either built from scratch or plans from anywhere between 60"-80" range . I have done some research for the 1/72 type 22 campbeltown from fleetscale model and HMCS halifax from scaleship yard, but from both of these plans i can't just build the top deck and the cabin correct me if i am wrong). Warbird blueprints have 3 views: top, side, and bottom so modeler can scratchbuild easily. Are there plans similar to this? I'll appreciate it if someone from this forum could guide me to getting a nice hull or plan .thx

The 1:72nd plans for the HMS Campbletown from Fleetscale are based on the 1:96 Jecabin plans and as such should show all the details required to scratch build the superstructure . Hope this helps
