Remember you have to improve on the last one... this one should have working 1/350 nanobot sailors roaming the decks and functioning AA guns that fire miniature flak to stand a chance of outdoing your other Richelieu.

Bonjour Nicolas,

Un beau dimanche
Christian :-)

Hello gents

yesssss!, Christian I survived to Parisian drivers!;-)
The first "modifications", are for the roof of the castle, for version as of 40-41, all this are "shaved" on the top

Image

Below, the two "passageways" are open

Image

Image

the below, after adding detail

Image

On the deck, two positioning studs are glued

Image

Initially, I had to represent the closed hangar, and leave the bridge like that

Image

But, after a discussed with a friend, I decided to open the hangar, which leads to his realization in full!!
The hangar

Image

The new cuts on the deck, and the addition of a "floor"

Image

The same, assembled

Image

and finally, with the roof of the castle

Image

Image
For the moment, nothing is really finished, apply the putty, sanding, add details on bulkheads ....... still a lot of work ahead, and many difficulties for you ,for "decrypt" my threads :-)
cheers

Hello all

I just finished the "mating" of the aviation hangar roof at the castle, a good " fun party " to align everything! but hey this is set

Image

Image

under the bridge, at the cutting of passage of the hangar,of the spacers are installed

Image

two platforms for 37mm Double ,are installed on the front of the castle

Image

a view of the pieces temporarily mounted

Image

Image

to detect of eventual defaults,a coat of primer is applied

Image

Image

this is all for now :-)
cheers

Beautiful Nicolas!

If I can accomplish half of what you do in 1/350 on my 1/200 Bismarck I'd feel like I was "the Man"!

Channell,me, I'd like to have your mastery of the 3D ;-)

Hello all
this time around, I have "attacked " the barbette and the ventilation block ,This time, I redid the ventilation block from the outset, therefore, with the good number of openings,5 on the starboard side, and 7 on the front face

Image

and nothing on the port side, and not as the trumpy piece , which be false!

Image

all placed in its location

Image

for the moment, all pieces redid, are "raw",without the details, they will be added later, after their making
best regards
