1:700 Z-Plan 'Kreuzer P' kit from IHP REISSUE

Hi all,

The 1:700 'Kreuzer P' kit from IHP will be reissued in the next couple of months.

The "Kreuzer P' design was essentially an enlarged Panzerschiff, with the same armament of six 11in guns in three triple turrets, but in a longer hull with better secondary battery and aircraft handling capabilities. They were envisioned as a large part of the Z-Plan, but the design was eventually dropped in favor of the O/P/Q class battle cruisers.

The IHP kit was first produced in 2005, and is being made available in a limited reissue with everything but the brass 11" barrels (with so many available on the aftermarket, there's no point to including them in the kit). You get a large number of finely cast resin parts, plastic rod for masts, and anchor chain.

MSRP will be around $140 due to the limited run and niche-market nature of the kit.
