Kosteas Katseas has made one of the best diarama's containing what appears to be, life like water. I would like to know how he did it

The secret formula is using water itself 
Actually, as far as I remember, he uses some kind of resin (which unfortunately could not be found in Turkey) for making this water.
In addition, all of his other works are also perfect examples for water. I just wish that he could make a picture tutorial (or even video tutorial would be better) for people like us, who only want to make their dioramas better.
