I have filed criminal complaints against this indiviual and am pursuing further actions.

Jonathan, I see on WMU that you have received your hull. Unless you have something else you are filing charges for, you should update your post. It is not right to make an accusation like that and then just leave it out there.

Timothy is quite right.
So, I have received my hull from Richard O'Malley and the Police Department has been notified as such. Criminal charges have been drooped.
