Not everything is shown, there are a few parts (antennas, Carley floats) that are not shown but will be included. The mast will be built by the builder using plastic rod, supplied in the kit. However, what you see is pretty much what it will look like.
The hangar will be open, and one photo shows this. The deck edge elevators will be separate so you can position then up or down.
I am in the process now of engineering the parts for fit, and the whole kit will begin to go to the 3D printer next week.
The size and parts count of the kit, plus the projected cost of doing the 3D printing (OUCH!) for a kit of this size is making me rethink the projected MSRP. It may (read-WILL) be a little more than the projected US$150.00. Thanks to everyone in advance for their understanding on this point. I'll try to keep it under $200!
Despite this, I still think everyone needs at least two Maltas in their collections or kit stashes. 
We are shooting for a May/June release date.
