HMS Warspite 1/600 Airfix.

Hi guys, can somebody give me some advice on the colour scheme for the Airfix Warspite?

I'm hoping to do the 1943 cammo scheme on her, the same kind of thing as seen on the Academy 1/350 box.

Warspite wore a two tone camouflage from early 1941 until the end of her career consisting of 507b and 507c. Warship Perspectives "Camouflage Volume One: Royal Navy 1939-1941" by Alan Raven provides a port and stbd profile of this scheme.

An update, went through the series and "Camouflage Volume 4: Royal Navy Supplemental" has the profile of Warspite you need in 1943, still the same colors 507c and 507b.

Thanks for the link John, I must be an idiot because I never thought of looking in the WEM colour section for Warspite, which is odd because I spend some time on the web site.

Questions answered, WEM colour coats will be the way forward. Hope to put an order in next month for the paints.
