Could someone help with the FS number for the hull red color applied on modern US Navy warships?

Hmmm, 30075 doesn't look right to me--30076 seems more likely.

That 'raw sienna' FS30076 looks more on point, but different brands are going to come out differently. Primer color too will do this.

I've been using Testors "Dark Red" and came up with a good result out of it. I've also just got some Tamiya TS-33 "Dull Red" that might work out. Although the Tamiya might be a little too dark/brown. We'll see what it looks like once i drop some on some plastic.
