ive been trying to get a plan of the huascar hull and bulkheds to make a r/c model .
is there any one who could give me a copy please

Just remembered - Paper Shipwright do a"Huascar" at 1:250. This models can be scaled up to provide plans.

I am interested to learn how your Huascar project materialised. I also plan to build it, maybe you can help me?
