How Green Was my (Semtex) Valley?

Apologies to all the movie buffs here for my Subject line

I found an excellent Vallejo to RN WWII color conversion chart on the internet, and it matches Sniders WWII colour chips very well. However, the Snider colour chip #1 do not include late war green semtex (I don't have chart #2). The Vallejo chart says to use Vallejo 70968 Flat Green for the Semtex.

This is an eye popping green ! My immediate thoughts were "Really? This much green?"

So good people of this forum - was the late war Semtex really this green?. Or would a Tamiya XF-26 Deep Green be a better, tamer, calmer match?

FWIW, WEM recommends their M19 RN deck green for late WW II Semtex.
The lid of the tin I have in front of me looks very like the Tamiya color you cite (at least on my monitor).
Certainly not the rather bilious green from Vallejo shown in your post.
