HMS Jervis Bay - plans

I have seen many photos, paintings and drawings of the HMS Jervis Bay, but I have never seen any plans of her. This is weird as there are a few detailed models and it seems they were based on something more substantial than just a couple of photos. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello, I am also looking for material especially plans for Jervis Bay.
The Greenwich Museum has some basic plans and also photos of
a model.
