filler / putty type ??

filler / putty type ??
i'm getting stuck into my 1/35 schnellboot build and need a bit of advice on which gap / hole filler to use. also what grade paper would you sand the filler with ? thanks rob

I pretty much use Tamiya modelling putty for things like that. But i thin it with Acetone and a brush and just brush over that to form it, with a bit of patience sanding the end product would be minimal.

I found Mr. Hobby's putty is more sturdy and more plasticky compares to Tamiya's new white putty.
i use Mr Hobby putty to build up and Tamiya's putty to finish.
