2) Pictorial Histories Battle Damage - I have the one on the USS Hornet but was nr.2 on the USS North Carolina ever published or are there other books in the series?
3) Technical Reference - Apart from the books on the USS North Carolina and the USS Massachusetts are there or will be there other books in the series?

Those were the only two tech refs that were pub'd. They pub'd photo museum guides for USS Wisconsin, USS Cod and William G.
