Installed the last decals on the hull and applied weathering. Some rigging on the island as well. Still a few things here and there, seems I keep finding things. Never ending...

Thanks guys. Well, rigging is complete. I tried something different with this rigging. I used a watch repair magnifier and tied off the rigging, pulling it snug, no heat. On to the airwing. I have 26 days to finish. :lol_3:

Added some signal flags for color. Two Hawkeyes finished. One prepping for cat shot. Most of the aircraft are assembled, just need decals and details. The E-2's are the hardest so I got them out of the way first.

All the aircraft are assembled just need weathering and PE. Not a full deck this time as to show flight operations in progress. I may add a couple more Pukin' Dogs. I have the aircraft placed temporarily to get a feel for placement. I still have the ground equipment and crew to add.

Thanks Doug. Finished the deck crane, well mostly. I used some pieces from the JAG set but that crane is not accurate for CVN so had to build one. I think I used the wheels and cab, and the cable reels/motor and scratch built the rest. Just need to rig the cables.

Thanks D Burger. Well I wasn't going to at first, but, I decided to add the markings to the crane so the deck looks more like IKE's.
