I want to glue styrene sheets on wood (the sides of a 1/192 hull)
I'd like a slow drying glue , which one is best ?

You might try contact cement. It will give you enough time to adjust your pieces before setting.

In English it's called 'contact cement' or 'contact cement glue'. Don't know what's it's called in French, but you must have something similar. You brush, or spray, on both surfaces, wait a few minutes, then press the two pieces together. This 3M product was made for plastic and wood. Maybe you can get something like it in France.

In France it's called "colle n�opr�ne".
This is suitable for covering a hull, but it's an instant glue.
As I only want to glue the overlapping streaks of iron, there is no possibility of repositioning in case of mistake
