As for artillery this in my biggest achievement - a German WWI howitzer in 1/72 scale. It is scratchbuild and made of resin

Looking quite good there, man! What're you going to make the blast bags out of, and will they allow you to pose the guns when finished?

A friend suggested making a mold of the bags and dipping it into the rubber stuff used to coat tool handles. Then after the rubber cured remove it from the mold and trim it to fit.
I haven't tried this yet.
